Can I select the supplier for a specific requirement?
Sorry, you cannot select a supplier directly. Based on the requirements you upload, we will select the appropriate manufacturing partner execute the order. The selection of a supplier depends on the process chosen, the supplier’s capabilities and unutilized installed capacity.
How does Busyload ensure confidentiality of data?
All of our manufacturing partners are made to sign an NDA for every order. Only after this we issue the drawings and other confidential details. Apart from this specific NDA for each order they are also bound by the general terms and conditions which they have to accept during their registration with Busyload. These terms and conditions includes a separate section about confidentiality and security of your content.
Can I get an NDA signed before giving my data ?
Protecting the data and IP of our customers is our topmost priority. We will be more than happy to sign a Customer specific NDA with you.
Who qualifies to be Busyload’s manufacturing Our vendor assessment team at Busyload assesses a supplier's infrastructure, machine capacity, financial background and other key factors before partnering with a company.
How does Busyload ensure quality and timely delivery of an order ?
We assign a “Project Manager,” and a quality manager for every order. The project manager will be the single point of contact for the customers. They will be responsible for executing the order well within the quoted timeline by coordinating at the supplier’s end. The quality manager ensures the quality of the product by performing stage wise inspection and following our Quality Assurance policy.
What types of files does Busyload accept?
Busyload accepts a variety of CAD files, although our instant quote engine processes only .DWG and .DXF. We accept a variety of file formats for offline enquiry, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and NX, among others, IGES, STL, Pdf, JPG and so on. In addition, we work on 2D engineering drawings.
Does Busyload provide design services?
Currently, we do not provide any design services. However, if you need any help or assistance related to creating a CAD drawing, you can email us at info@busyload.com.
Will I know who the part manufacturer is?
No, Busyload will be your point of contact and will supply the parts as per your desired quality and specifications.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can place your orders for a single prototype, small batch quantity or mass production items.
Do you undertake overseas orders?
Yes, we supply custom made parts to customers in over 7 countries.

How can a company become a manufacturing partner?
The company seeking to become a manufacturing partner will need to fill in an application comprising the company’s address, infrastructure, and financial details. Once Busyload receives the application, our executive will visit the factory and assess the capabilities. On successful assessment, the company needs to sign a ‘Manufacturing Partner Agreement to start receiving enquiries from us.

This will depend on your infrastructure and machine capabilities. For example , if you have a 3KW Laser cutting machine with 1500mm x 3000mm bed size then we will send you enquiries which will fit within this bed size and cut appropriate thickness .
