Sorry, you cannot select a supplier directly. Based on the requirements you upload, we will select the appropriate manufacturing partner execute the order. The selection of a supplier depends on the process chosen, the supplier’s capabilities and unutilized installed capacity.
All of our manufacturing partners are made to sign an NDA for every order. Only after this we issue the drawings and other confidential details. Apart from this specific NDA for each order they are also bound by the general terms and conditions which they have to accept during their registration with Busyload. These terms and conditions includes a separate section about confidentiality and security of your content.

Our vendor assessment team at Busyload assesses a supplier's infrastructure, machine capacity, financial background and other key factors before partnering with a company.
We assign a “Project Manager,” and a quality manager for every order. The project manager will be the single point of contact for the customers. They will be responsible for executing the order well within the quoted timeline by coordinating at the supplier’s end. The quality manager ensures the quality of the product by performing stage wise inspection and following our Quality Assurance policy.
Busyload accepts a variety of CAD files, although our instant quote engine processes only .DWG and .DXF. We accept a variety of file formats for offline enquiry, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and NX, among others, IGES, STL, Pdf, JPG and so on. In addition, we work on 2D engineering drawings.

The company seeking to become a manufacturing partner will need to fill in an application comprising the company’s address, infrastructure, and financial details. Once Busyload receives the application, our executive will visit the factory and assess the capabilities. On successful assessment, the company needs to sign a ‘Manufacturing Partner Agreement to start receiving enquiries from us.
