HR Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyse the open positions and post vacancies on different platforms on behalf of Busyload.
  • Schedule interviews for eligible candidates with different departments.
  • Ensure all statutory norms and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Bring new initiatives to motivate the employees and also address their grievances.
  • In charge for the payroll, EPF, ESI contributions etc.

Eligibility :

  • BBA / MBA with 3+ years of proven work experience.
