Responsibilities and Duties:

• To prepare or obtain the QAP for every project undertaken and get them approved by our customers.
• Ensure that this QAP is adhered to during the entire project cycle.
• Coordinate with the QC team of the suppliers and prepare various reports and documentation as per Busylaod’s SOPs for every project.
• Furnish supplier rating with respect to the quality, timely delivery and process control.
• Stage wise inspection and validation of proposed project timelines given by the sourcing team.

Eligibility :

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of proven work experience with NDT Level-II certificate & other certifications in the quality field like CSWIP, AWS etc. will be an added advantage.
• In depth knowledge in one of the following manufacturing process - Sheet metal fabrication, Conventional machining, CNC machining, Castings, Forgings, Surface Treatment, Heat Treatment, Injection Moulding or 3D Printing.
